NCO Rated #1 in Outsourcer Rankings by Leading Industry Group
NCO announced it was recently named in ContactCenterWorld.com’s 2010 Top Outsourcer Rankings list, which recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers and advisors. ContactCenterWorld.com named NCO as one of the top outsourcing service providers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketplace. This is the third consecutive year NCO was included on one of ContactCenterWorld.com’s prestigious lists.
Companies were ranked based on data and statistics in a number of Inbound and Outbound categories. In 2010, NCO was rated as the top-ranked provider in a number of categories, including #1 outbound provider.
